General Setup & Privacy
Nope! Once the widget is placed on your home screen, a single tap sends a Boop instantly — no app launch needed. The app only needs to be open during the initial setup and pairing.
Boop is currently Android-only. iOS does not support the home-screen interactive widgets that make Boop feel so seamless. We're closely watching what Apple makes possible in future updates.
One person generates a one-time invite link and shares it with their companion. Once accepted, the two devices are privately paired — no accounts, no phone numbers, no social graph. Only you and your companion can see each other's activity.
