Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Boop app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Description of Service

Boop is a digital application provided by Amloh Apps designed to send minimal haptic and visual signals ("Boops") between two paired devices. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the app, or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and "One Pays, Both Play"

• Google Play Billing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through the Google Play Store. Amloh Apps does not process your payment information directly. Any refund requests must be routed through Google Play's standard refund policies.
• Shared Entitlements: Under our "One Pays, Both Play" model, premium features unlocked by one user are accessible by their paired companion for the duration of the pairing. If the pairing is severed, the non-purchasing companion will lose access to the premium features until a new purchase is made or a new premium pairing is established.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle through your Google Play Account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Boop in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service. You may not reverse engineer the app's pairing mechanism, attempt to send automated signals ("spamming"), or use the app to harass your paired companion.

5. Limitation of Liability and "As Is" Disclaimer

Boop relies on third-party networks (including internet service providers and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver signals. Therefore, Amloh Apps cannot guarantee 100% uptime or instantaneous delivery of signals. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including delayed or undelivered connection signals.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
